Canwest Tanks & Ecological Systems was purchased in November 2021 and Hydra Management Consulting has been a valuable part of our team since that time. Hydra has worked closely with our management team to provide key financial assistance, IT infrastructure, HR documentation and overall guidance. We partnered with Hydra at a time when we needed to accelerate our Corporate Training and Recruitment initiatives. They developed a customized leadership training program that was consistent with our corporate values.
