This package is made for those who are committed to taking their existing skills and elevating them. Whether you’ve been in your position for a while and want to keep growing your skills, or are new to your role and want support, this package is designed to build your abilities in a sustainable way.

- 6 months of coaching, 2 sessions per month
- Access to coach between sessions via email
- Signature coaching toolkit
Outcomes
By choosing our Honing My Skills package, you’ll be equipped with well-rounded skills and access to resources that will help you make effective leadership moves and continue pushing your skills.
Leveling Up
This package is designed for those who want to push their leadership effectiveness to new heights! Over the course of 24 sessions, coachees will identify their current skills, where they can level up and build new competencies that drive success.
What’s included?
- 12 months of coaching, 2 sessions per month
- Access to coach between sessions via email.
- Development resources sent to coachee between sessions
- Premium coaching toolkit
Outcomes
By going through our Leveling Up package, you’ll be equipped to take on leadership challenges with fully fleshed-out relational and leadership skills, industry-leading resources and a solid knowledge base to draw back on.
